Reach the Mandara camp by strolling through the rainforest. An excursion to Maundi Crater is a good way to take in the surroundings, which include views of the Kibo and Mawenzi Peaks, Lake Chala, an underground body of water, and northern Tanzania and Kenya.
The Colobus monkeys, soaring Eucalyptus trees, and other wildlife can all be found in the rainforest. After lunch, hike back to park gate and drive back to Moshi.
